Pre and Post Care

Everything you need to know before and after your treatment to achieve the best results

  • PMU Brows – Pre Care & Aftercare

Our goal is to give you the best possible healed results. Following both your pre and aftercare guidance is essential for pigment retention, skin healing, and overall outcome.

Pre Care – Before Your Appointment

Preparing your skin properly helps reduce sensitivity, minimise bleeding, and improve how your brows heal.

    How to Prepare

    • Eat a meal before your appointment to keep your blood sugar stable

    • Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your treatment

    • Get a good night’s sleep so your body is well rested

    • Arrive with your usual brow makeup if you wear it — this helps us understand your preferred shape and style

We will design your brows together on the day to suit your face and natural features.

You may tidy up stray hairs beforehand (within the timeframes below), but please do not over-pluck or reshape your brows, as we need your natural shape to achieve the best result.

If you have very light or blonde brow hair, we usually match pigment to your natural colouring.
If you regularly tint your brows and prefer this look, you can tint beforehand — just ensure this is done at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
