Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a pre-treatment suitability form to complete. This allows us to review any medical history, contraindications or previous work ahead of your visit.
On the day, we begin with a full consultation where we discuss your desired outcome, assess your eye shape and plan the most suitable style for you. Once you’re happy with the design, the treatment is carried out on the same day.
Your eyes will remain closed throughout the procedure, and a topical numbing cream is used to keep you comfortable. Most clients find the treatment very manageable.
The full appointment typically takes around 2–3 hours, including consultation, mapping and treatment.
A top-up appointment is then required 6–8 weeks later to perfect the final result once the area has fully healed

A topical numbing cream is used throughout the treatment to keep you as comfortable as possible.
The eye area can be more sensitive, however your eyes will remain closed throughout and most clients find the treatment very manageable. You may feel light pressure or a gentle sensation along the lash line, but it is not typically described as painful

The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment. We accept both cash and card payments, and a pay-in-3 option is also available for added flexibility.

Immediately after treatment, the eyeliner may appear slightly darker and more defined, and the eye area can feel a little sensitive. Mild swelling is normal, particularly within the first 24–48 hours.
As the skin begins to heal, the area may feel slightly dry and small flakes can form along the lash line. It’s important to allow this to heal naturally without picking or rubbing.
Over the following days, the colour will soften and settle into a more natural finish. Full healing typically takes around 4–6 weeks, after which a top-up appointment is required to perfect the final result

Eyeliner PMU typically lasts between 1–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.
Over time, the pigment will gradually soften and fade, leaving a lighter, more subtle version of the original result. Top-up appointments are recommended to maintain the shape, colour and definition

Contact lenses must be removed before your treatment and can be worn again once the eyes feel comfortable, usually after 24–48 hours.
If you have lash extensions, these will need to be removed prior to your appointment, as we need full access to the lash line to carry out the treatment safely and accurately.
After your treatment, it’s important to allow the area to fully heal before reapplying lash extensions. This will be discussed during your appointment to ensure the best results
